Clothe-a-Child

Dear Church Coordinators and Friends of CAC:

I just wanted to take this moment to thank each of you for participating in this years CAC Event (Oct 13th/20th). So many of you really stepped up to the plate to help out in multiple areas, and I am very appreciative of your support. 6 months of planning and hard work went into this event. Here are some basic stats on the event. I will get "official numbers soon".

16 Churches were involved
approx 750 volunteers in total
approx 1000 kids were clothed
The 1st family in line last weekend arrived at 1:30am and the first family arrived today at 2:00am.

It was a proud moment to watch as the families left the store with BAGS of clothes and shoes for their kids. Some families hugged their volunteers, some prayed, and some shed some tears, but all were very appreciative.

Thank you all for your help. I hope each of you will be involved in next years campaign.
